Used Winter Bolt EV/EUV Tires, 4 for $80

Yes, they are still available as of October 25th, 2025

I used to own a Bolt EUV. Great car. The lease has ended and we returned the car.

While I had it, I purchased 4x of Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 sized 215/50 R17 tires in 2022. The total mileage for this set is ~3000 miles and their date code is DKF1022 - 10th week of 2022.

I am very happy I went with these tires as over the past three winters the grip was great in the snow. When not on the car, the tires spent their time stored in Belle Tire storage facility. There were no punctures, damage or repairs done to the tires and the tread wear is minimal.

So I'd like to sell the set of 4 tires for $80 to a fellow local Bolt owner in or around Holland, before I try to off-load them in some other way.

These are tires only, no rims.

Now, you may be wondering why the price is this low and the answer is that it is suprisingly rare to find people using winter tires around here, so the demand is low. The tires have a lifespan of around 6 years, so these have ~3 years left.

FAQ

Are the tires mounted on the rims?

No, these are tires only, I was using the rims that came with the car to mount these.

Do they impact range?

They should as these are not low rolling resistance tires, however since I haven't driven the all-seasons in the snow, I can't confirm that.

How different is the ride?

On dry pavement it is noisier, however when you hit snow, you notice that you get added grip. However, right when the snow receded in the Spring, I could feel how much gripper they are - while the stock tires were happily spinning if the pavement had a drop of water, the winter tires kept the car in contact with the ground at all times.

What are the downsides?

You will need to have them mounted to the rims and store the all-seasons somewhere. I used Belle Tire storage (now at $120/6 months), but tires will survive in the basement if they are stacked sidewall-to-sidewall.

I received a flyer on my car and I don't like it!

I am sorry for inconvenience, your car will never receive this flyer again.
